Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We keep this simple: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Information you give us
If you sign up for the Daily Nepal Brief, we store your email address, the language you chose and, if you selected one, your country of residence. We use these only to send you the brief. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
Information stored in your browser
When you choose your country on our site, that choice is saved in your own browser so we can show you relevant updates next time. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Services we use
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our emails are delivered through an email service. If we use website analytics or advertising partners, they may set their own cookies, and we will list them on this page. When we use AI tools to help prepare articles, we send them public source material such as official notices, never information about our readers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the Daily Brief at any time with the link in every email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to myshoutoutnepal@gmail.com.
- Clear the country preference by clearing your browser’s site data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
